Best way to migrate vApp from one vCloud director to another vCloud director

Hi All,

I have to migrate vApp's hosting 5 to 11 vm's in each of them from one vCloud Director to another and wanted to know the best possible methods to migrate it with very less impact on the vm's and downtime.
