I'm curious if anyone has a normal troubleshooting process they follow when specific information on a server is unavailable. I have a few Windows servers that are missing and IP addresses. It shows an interface for each server, but the IP address attribute is null. I checked the nightly collection history and it shows that IP Information as successfully collected. I also ran a manual collection just for IP Information and again it shows it collected successfully. I could call tech support, but I'm hoping someone has a normal process they follow that usually works.
