when there is a delay of communication between the client and vc. Since you're looking at the client log, you may want to check the vc server log as well, which you may have done already. Run a continuous ping against your vc in a dos window and make sure your dos window buffer is pretty large. Then, when you have a disconnect, you can see if you actually did lose connection to vc, and for how many pings.
