Re: Customers log calls incorrectly on the portal

I believe you can easily create a linked Request from any incorrect Call. There is a "Log New Request" button at the top of a Call main form. This way you can copy Call main information to the Request and create a link between them automatically.

Initial Call, in example, can be closed with status "Cancelled", reason "Incorrect User Request" and other similar entry classification attributes.

 

The same functionality can be done to log a linked Call from incorrectly logged Request details form. It's not by default so you have to do some customizations to implement this.
