No idea how time drift could cause a PSOD.

I guess confirm HPET is enabled in the BIOS
Is this PSOD common? and if you were to passthrough some other device, does it still happen. In other words, is it the passthrough device, or the motherboard/OS combo.
Possibly check the stepping of your CPU. Less then C2 have known critical bugs. Good think to rule it out anyway. If its a pain, i.e: removing heatsink, cleaning CPU, and reapplying thermal paste, then check the box it came in. The serial number and model number will have the sSPEC as the end.
