A couple of days ago, my VMware 5.0 esxi host stopped displaying on the LCD monitor. I am getting an out of range error which indicates that the resolution or refresh rate is not correct. I have not made any changes and don't know how to change the signal input to a workable level. I tried hooking up another monitor and received the same message. Is there a way to change the video resolution for the host? I can't find it in the vSphere client and of course I can't change it on the host. Anyone have any ideas?
